【業務内容詳細】
- Oversee end-to-end management of the supply chain, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery
- Optimize operations to drive efficiency and strengthen coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across local and regional offices to ensure alignment throughout the region
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, promoting strong cross-functional partnerships and synergy
- Act as a senior operational leader, driving change management initiatives and organizational transformation
- Apply strategic, forward-thinking approaches to sustain operational excellence and support long-term business growth
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience handling end-to-end SCM
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical, chemical, or other highly regulated industries, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Fluent Japanese
- Business-level English (plus is reported overseas!)
- Effective communicator and proactive mindset
- Preferred to have CPIM, Six Sigma, or other SCM credentials
- Solid background in change management, KAIZEN initiatives, and operational excellence programs, with a track record of driving transformation and efficiency.
