A global marketing technology company is hiring a Global Venture Capitalist (Associate/Senior Associate).Responsibilities:
* Execute domestic and international venture capital investments
* Manage portfolio companies through sourcing, due diligence, monitoring, value creation, and EXIT strategies
* Provide management support and drive business development for portfolio companies
* Handle organisational management and administrative tasks
* Support meetings, team member development, and operational tasks
* Participate in internal strategic management activities
Requirements:
* Practical experience in corporate finance, venture capital, startup finance, financial analysis, and valuation
* Proven track record in effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in MS 365 or Google Workspace
* Experience in 総合商社 (Sogo-shosha) or corporations in strategic roles
* Background in consulting or new business launches, including international expansion
* Global exposure, such as an MBA, overseas degree, or professional experience abroad is a plus
* Native level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 900+)
