An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking an SCM Manager.Responsibilities:
* Review and validate monthly rolling demand forecasts by aligning with Business Units and Marketing
* Generate purchase orders and coordinate with the regional hub for demand submissions
* Monitor supply plans, manage importation logistics, and align schedules with CMOs and Quality Assurance teams
* Support operational improvement meetings and assist in pricing and performance negotiations impacting COGS
* Manage logistics coordination from importation to warehouse delivery and ensure data integrity in stock management
* Forecast slow-moving inventory and support NPI and business development projects with supply chain planning
* Contribute to digitalisation initiatives and process improvement activities to enhance team efficiency
