A global consumer goods manufacturer is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Asia Cluster.Responsibilities:
* Lead marketing strategies and initiatives for assigned product categories
* Align regional market strategies with global business objectives
* Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer insights to guide decisions
* Manage product assortment, pricing, and profitability targets
* Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and phase-out plans
* Collaborate on international projects and coordinate with global headquarters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above is ideal (marketing, business administration, or a relevant domain)
* More than 5 years of professional experience
* Experience in leading a category in a business or managing product launches
* Prior interdisciplinary interface management experience
* Proven project and process management experience
* Ability and willingness to travel overseas
* Proficient in written and spoken English and Japanese
