A renowned technology solutions company is seeking a General Affairs & HR Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records
* Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, labour, and HR administration
* Oversee supplier coordination, reimbursement reviews, and accounting/tax filings
* Support procurement workflows and maintain vendor master data
* Manage contract drafting, reviews, and documentation control
* Localise HQ policies and maintain operational audit readiness
* Prepare sales documentation, dashboards, and reports
* Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and customer activities
* Coordinate regional marketing materials and manage social media channels
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Communications, or Information Systems
* Prior experience in HR operations, finance administration, or executive/operations support
* Experience in JP↔EN or JP↔ZH translation, HR/finance workflows, and CRM/ERP systems is ideal
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Native level Japanese; business level English or Chinese
