A renowned international school is seeking a Payroll Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, and deductions
* Maintain and update employee payroll data in Smart HR
* Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social insurance regulations
* Prepare and file payroll-related reports and annual tax documentation
* Coordinate with HR and Accounting for data consistency and issue resolution
* Support budgeting, audits, and other administrative payroll matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in payroll
* Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel
* Native level Japanese; business level English
