A global cosmetics company is looking for a Supply Chain Controller.Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage plans, budgets, and forecasts for supply chain financial performance
* Analyse inbound, warehousing, outbound, and inventory costs
* Monitor KPIs for stock, investments, and operational efficiency
* Prepare and review monthly financial reports and analyses
* Identify variances, determine causes, and propose corrective actions
* Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit processes
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles (within a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment is ideal)
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Skilled in financial systems (e.g., SAP, other ERP systems)
* Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
Preferred requirements:
* Experiences in controlling/accounting function within a business or manufacturing/logistics
context
