A renowned automotive and mobility services company is looking for a Business Development Leader.Responsibilities:
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts
* Drive revenue by achieving sales targets and closing deals
* Develop and execute account plans aligned with growth strategies
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform growth
Requirements:
* More than 15 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the technology, insurance claim industry or automotive industry
* Experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, specifically in selling AI products
* Prior experience in technical sales capabilities, specifically in AI
* Skilled in negotiation techniques to secure favorable agreements and contracts for AI products
* Knowledge of the automobile industry, especially in the collision vehicle repair industry, and familiarity with AI technology solutions
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Proficient in Japanese and English
