As the Senior Finance Accounting Manager you will be a key leader in our finance team responsible for overseeing and optimizing the accounting and reporting functions. This role requires a seasoned accounting professional with a deep understanding of financial processes strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Team Management
Supervise and mentor a team of skilled accountants including 3 manager / assistant managers （16 staff in total）.
Cultivate a collaborative and high performance work environment.
Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance cross functional understanding and efficiency.
Financial Reporting
Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements in collaboration with the controlling team.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CPA or audit firm a must. （Minimum 5 10 years）
Proven experience in a senior accounting role preferably in a foreign company.
In depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
