As a Software Project Lead you are responsible for successfully running the Software part of our Intelligent Cockpit Products and ensure project deliveries in time budget and quality. You are the face to the customer for a group of software domain topics.
＜What You Will Do＞
You will lead a dedicated SW Team and being responsible to deliver SW for Customer programs in high quality in time and in cost for a group of functional domains.
Acts as a role model in terms of leadership and code of business conduct in Project Management
Understand potential customer’s expectation clearly and lead engineering teams to deliver according to customer expectation in terms of timing and quality.
Report and explain technical matters to customer clearly negotiate and communicate with customer to reach mutual agreements and conclusions.
