メディカルマーケティング・プロダクトマネジメント・マーコムのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
Develop and implement the product strategy and marketing operation for the cervical cancer diagnostics portfolio focusing on cytology and genetic tests.
Drive top line by working closely with sales team while maintaining the business profitability and Gross Profit （GP） targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks as well as ensure the product offering remains competitive and relevant.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales Application Market Shaping Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment on product development and go to market strategies.
Provide product training and support to the sales team and healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and market growth.
Monitor product performance and key metrics to ensure commercial success and take corrective actions as needed.
