This QA team is responsible of the Quality Assurance of the Commerce Department services. You can be involved in leading e commerce services and develop your skills in a global environment.
■Position Details
・QA group management
・QA group vision strategy planning and Execution
・Improvement and standardization of the test process
・Multi project management
・Test specifications/Test case reviews feedback
・Product/Development specification review feedback
・Off site/On site management
・Recruitment/Resource management
・Member training and evaluation
・Budget making

■Required Qualifications
・Over 8 years of experience in application test design/implementation
・Over 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in parallel
・Over 5 years of experience line management（Hiring/Evaluation/Team Building and so on） and budget making
・ISTQB foundation level knowledge
・e Commerce domain knowledge
■Preferred Qualifications
・API/UI Automation Development Non functional Security test experience
・Internet Service Industry/Service knowledge and experience
■Soft Skills
・Proactively involves others in order to solve problems or improve the situation
・Having inquiring mind for various issues/items.
