化学（研究・開発・分析）のご経験のある方は歓迎です。■New product development
・Develop new product concept that incorporate cutting edge formulas ingredients textures and claims to address emerging trends and enrich product portfolio.
・Work closely with MKT and support drafting formula briefs （new formula or formula improvement）.
・Lead formula development with the collaboration of OEM and subcontractors ensuring alignment with the company’s product development goals.
・Manage project. Follow up the formula submissions advice to MKT and challenge OEM and subcontractors to meet project timeline and quality.
・Collaborate with all key stakeholders internally and externally. （FR/CN/JP） to make sure the compliance of the product.
・Coordination of formula industrialization and tests （stability compatibility efficacy safety）.
・Follow up of first production runs. （Manufacturing Filling and packaging）.

- 必須

・Scientific profile with significant experience in the development of cosmetic formulas （10 years minimum）.
・Strong skills of formula creation of skincare products.
・OEM and subcontractor management.
・Knowledge of international regulations in particular Chinese regulations.
・Proactive leadership entrepreneurship flexibility team spirit open mind reliable.
・At ease of a matrix and international organization.
・Languages. Fluent in Japanese and English.
