We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy and operations （MSO） team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in Japan. In this role you will partner with cross functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future.
The MSO organization provides business critical insights using analytics ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest level company priorities with effective day to day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future growth initiatives.
Our team uses data analysis to help drive the company’s monetization strategy and operations. We’re looking for a Strategy Operations Associate to drive analytics initiatives that guide operational excellence for our Japan business.

Minimum Qualifications:
More than 3+ years of work experience in a high growth tech company strategy consulting firms or financial institutes
Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills and proactiveness in problem solving
Strong analytical skills and experience in commercial deal designing is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Japan and English Language with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings
Fast learner highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
Experience in digital advertising with a great understanding of advertising products is preferred
