We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team. In this critical role you will drive financial planning and analysis efforts deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision making and help ensure the company achieves its financial goals.
As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will take ownership of comprehensive financial analysis and performance insights for the business in Japan. With annual revenues of ・500 million and a team of over 500 employees exclusive of field engineers and consultants this position is instrumental in driving financial excellence through close collaboration with local sales and support teams as well as global stakeholders. A key focus will be developing and managing a strong pipeline for new business opportunities ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

＜Qualifications＞
・Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or a related field.
・2+ years of experience in financial planning analysis and modeling.
・Ability to present financial information to a non financial audience.
・Working knowledge of financial strategies.
・Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
・Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
・Detail oriented and able to perform in a high pressure environment.
・Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Anaplan or related financial systems.
・Innovative and out of the box thinker.

・Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance Economics or Business Administration preferred （e.g. MA MSc MBA）.
