■OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB
A systems applications and products （SAP） specialist specializes in performing and analysis to determine the needs of a business and its clients when it comes to SAP / Manufacturing system software programs ensuring productivity and smooth workflow. The responsibilities typically revolve around coordinating with different departments to gather data devising strategies to optimize business performances identifying the strengths and weaknesses of existing programs and implementing SAP / Manufacturing system solutions for improvement and optimization. Furthermore it is essential to lead and train BPO/ system user all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.
