Strategy｜Full ownership of incubating hundreds of SMB sellers in the Japan market. This includes identifying high potential sellers for the business formulating and implementing their growth strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above 3+ years of work experience in mass account management or mass incubation experience of managing hundreds of sellers is required.
Proficient in both English and Japanese strong knowledge of Japan ecommerce landscape consumer demands digital evolution and mobile transformation.
Result oriented and hands on.
Good at cross team collaboration and moving things forward ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
Fast learner and self starter highly entrepreneurial ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment embrace changes and persevere in face of challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commerce platforms leading consulting or Internet companies
