We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join the LINE Platform team responsible for designing developing testing and operating backend systems for LINE messaging services and LINE Official Accounts. This position offers the opportunity to handle large scale distributed systems processing hundreds of billions of messages per day playing a key role in the infrastructure of one of the most widely used communication platforms.
バックエンドエンジニアとして、LINEメッセージングサービスおよびLINE公式アカウントのバックエンドシステムの設計、開発、テスト、運用を担当していただきます。このポジションでは、1日に数百億のメッセージを処理する大規模分散システムを扱い、世界で最も利用されるコミュニケーションプラットフォームの基盤を支える重要な役割を担います。

■Required Skills Experience / 必須要件
・3+ years of experience in backend development using JVM based languages （Java Kotlin Scala） or C/C++.
・Experience in operating and maintaining production systems in Linux/Unix environments.
・ Hands on experience with database operations（MySQL Redis HBase Cassandra Elasticsearch etc.）.
・3年以上のバックエンド開発経験（Java Kotlin Scala などのJVM言語またはC/C++）
・Linux/Unix環境でのプロダクションシステム運用経験
・データベース運用経験（MySQL Redis HBase Cassandra Elasticsearchなど）
■Preferred Skills Experience / 歓迎要件
・ Experience in designing and developing high traffic server applications and databases.
・ Knowledge of JVM tuning and monitoring.
・ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
