An international technology company is looking for a CS Operations professional.Responsibilities:
* Perform routine operational work and general administrative tasks
* Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone and provide maintenance support
* Handle after-service operations from repair request receipt to return of repaired units
* Support Sales and R&D teams in operational matters
* Coordinate with headquarters and internal and external stakeholders
* Receive incoming shipments and conduct pre-shipment inspections
* Manage delivery and logistics-related tasks
* Handle phone calls related to operations
Requirements:
* 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer support
* Experience in B2B operations
* Basic PC skills in MS Office Suite and email
* Native level Japanese (JLPT N1)
Preferred requirements:
* Work experience with overseas partners
* Prior experience in Quality Control management
* Experience in creating manuals or documentation
* Proficient in MS Excel (VBA, Automated macro)
* Business level written and verbal English or Chinese
