A multinational semiconductor solutions company is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Manage supplier quality issues and drive timely corrective actions
* Contain non-conforming lots immediately and ensure proper disposition to avoid production impact
* Monitor supplier performance ratings and monthly Cpk to drive continuous improvement
* Implement and support supplier automotive development programs
* Follow up on supplier REACH and ROHS declarations and ensure regulatory compliance
* Review supplier risk assessments, self-assessments, and change notifications
* Lead onsite supplier qualification audits and follow up on audit findings
Requirements:
* More than 2 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
* Knowledge of 6 Sigma tools such as 8D, FMEA, and DMAIC
* Understanding of statistical tools, including SPC, statistical sampling, and DOE
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across departments
* Business level Japanese (JLPT N2+)
Preferred requirements:
* Audit experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
