An international chemical technology services company is looking for a Key Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts and pursue new business
* Develop strategic account plans tailored to each client's needs and business goals
* Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction
* Monitor account performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report on KPIs
* Address client issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
* Experience managing multiple accounts and prioritising tasks
* Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce
