【High Compensation up to ¥18M ◆ Extensive Opportunities to Work with Global Teams】<Main Responsibilities>
・Provide legal advice to business divisions (including contract review and issues under the Banking Act, Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc.)
・Support domestic and international projects from a legal perspective
・Formulate and implement policies for legal risk management and operations, both in Japan and overseas (including coordination with overseas legal teams)

・Qualification to practice law in Japan
・Fluent Japanese and conversational-level English
・At least 5 years of experience in cross-border legal work as an attorney
