A global beauty company is looking for a Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily sales activities and ensure KPIs are met across assigned stores
* Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
* Cultivate strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and field staff
* Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets
* Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team to drive engagement and performance
* Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, VM, and global teams for seamless execution of initiatives
* Monitor weekly sales performance and provide insights to senior management
Requirements:
* More than 5 years of sales leadership experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty retail
* Proven success in department store and semi-self-store field operations
* Proficient in strategic planning, commercial analysis, and team leadership
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred requirements:
* Fluent level English
