A multinational tire manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Consultant. TResponsibilities:
* Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers
* Monitor sales performance and identify new growth opportunities
* Collaborate with global teams to align sales and marketing initiatives
* Support medium- to long-term brand and business strategy
* Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
* Support onboarding and training processes for new clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
* Proven experience in sales roles within the Japanese market in international contexts
* Strong business development, client management, and negotiation skills
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English
