As Product Marketing Professional Education Manager you will lead marketing strategy and execution for assigned product portfolios ensuring sustainable business growth in Japan.
This role combines Product Marketing leadership・covering lifecycle management market development and strategic campaigns・with Professional Education （CET） responsibilities such as congress participation and healthcare professional training programs.
You will serve as a key interface between local regional and global teams to align product positioning education initiatives and business priorities.

Product Marketing
Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans to achieve business objectives.
Manage product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation including positioning pricing and messaging.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and define competitive strategies.

・Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
3・5 years of experience in product marketing or the medical device industry.
Proven track record in product strategy launch execution and campaign management.
Experience in interventional products is a strong plus.
Experience in professional education or CET programs is an advantage.
Strong analytical problem solving communication and project management skills.
Business level proficiency in Japanese and English.
・Other Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office （especially PowerPoint Excel）
Willingness to travel domestically for customer meetings training and congress participation.
