An international pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Compliance Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic compliance and risk management to protect the company from compliance and reputational risks
* Develop and manage regulatory infrastructure, rules, processes, digital tools, and training programs
* Act as a trusted business partner and risk consultant to support informed decision-making
* Manage core compliance operations, including transparency reporting and governance of donations and sponsorships
* Oversee Third-Party Relationship management under strict compliance standards
* Drive Legal, Ethics and Compliance strategic initiatives, including process optimisation and integrity culture building
* Support compliance investigations and collaboration with industry partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of experience in global compliance within a multinational company
* Proficient in compliance operations, transparency reporting, and regulatory governance
* Strong passion for integrity, compliance culture, and continuous learning
* Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in the healthcare industry
