A global semiconductor company is looking for an HR Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior and executive leaders to align People strategy with business objectives
* Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
* Provide 1:1 coaching to senior leaders on leadership development and complex People matters
* Execute corporate People programs, including recognition, rewards, and learning initiatives
* Facilitate promotions, job level changes, compensation reviews, and performance program support
* Drive people analytics, KPI reporting, and insight sharing for strategic decision-making
* Support communication for organisational changes, engagement programs, and culture-building efforts
* Consolidate talent reviews, support recruiting activities, and guide escalated employee relations cases
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* More than 3 years of proven experience in HR business partner roles
* Experience in fast-paced industries such as technology or manufacturing
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with integrity and confidentiality
* Proficient in Japanese and English
