【業務内容詳細】
- Prepare and manage timely and accurate financial reports for both local statutory and group consolidation purposes.
- Ensure full compliance with JGAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Oversee tax filings, audit, and liaise with external advisors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and control trading transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal policies.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit processes.
- Supervise accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate finance teams to ensure alignment with group policies.
- Lead and support a small local finance team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with changes in financial regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.

- 必須

- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, compliance, and transaction control within Japan.
- Solid understanding of JGAAP, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience with operational finance and accounting processes.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP or Oracle preferred.
