【業務内容詳細】
Reports to: HR Business Partner Japan
Team Structure: 3 members
Mission & Responsibilities
This HR role supports the retail business by working closely with HRBPs and regional leaders to attract, develop, and integrate talent effectively. The mission is to help build a motivated, high-performing retail workforce through timely hiring, strong employee retention, and consistent HR standards. As a trusted HR partner, you will support store leaders while ensuring smooth recruitment processes, strong onboarding, and clear communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process from job brief to onboarding, ensuring smooth communication with candidates.
- Use market knowledge to advise managers on hiring trends, pay fairness, and talent pipeline development.
- Coordinate training and onboarding programs and support events that strengthen team engagement.
- Support employer branding through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and local communication.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, provide clear data analysis, and recommend improvements to hiring processes.

- 必須

- 3–5 years of broad HR experience (specifically Recruiting)
- Solid teamwork, collaboration, and high attention to detail/confidentiality
- MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience a plus
- Retail industry background preferred (luxury/global/jewelry)
- Fluent Japanese and conversational English; Associate/Bachelor’s degree
