【業務内容詳細】
-Ensure raw material quality during external warehouse storage and transport.
-Manage inventory and waste levels, maintaining appropriate controls.
-Identify future material requirements from the production plan and resolve shortages affecting production or melting schedules.
-Drive supply chain cost improvements, including drayage from port to warehouses.
-Partner with Sourcing to optimize shipping, and storage costs.
-Develop and improve systems to streamline and stabilize operations.
-Collaborate with colleagues and develop team capabilities to maximize performance.

- 必須
-
-3+ years of SCM planning or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Knowledge of import/export processes and SAP systems.
-Able to develop supply plans considering lead times (warehouse transfers, quality inspections).
-Strong analytical, execution, and time management skills; able to multitask under tight deadlines.
-Agile in responding to emergencies and managing post-planning execution.
