【業務内容詳細】
-Manage end-to-end supply plan and serve as link between country planners and Global Planning Manager within the IBP process.
-Ensure product availability that meets customer service and inventory targets across all CUs.
-Deliver a rolling supply plan aligned with global/regional strategy, integrating demand forecasts, inventory policies, upsides, and new launches.
-Provide timely supply input and communicate the supply outlook, highlighting risks, imbalances, and disruptions.
-Lead mitigation for out-of-stocks, develops alternative supply options, and resolves or escalates planning exceptions.
-Partner with supply chain teams on supply and inventory strategies.
-Maintain accurate master data for Inventory and Production.
-Manage order steering for active ingredients and bulk formulations, addressing supply exceptions.
-Support projects to ensure supply readiness for launches.

- 必須
-
-5+ years of SCM or relevant experience
-Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus!)
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Planning skills and solid knowledge of supply chain principles, systems, and processes.
-Proficient with supply chain IT systems and major ERP platforms
-Experience driving and supporting change and process improvements within supply chain operations.
-Master Data accuracy, Order Fulfillment performance, and Inventory health.
