Bytedance株式会社での募集です。We’re seeking a savvy strategic communicator to spearhead external storytelling for TikTok Shop in Japan and help launch the next wave of social shopping. TikTok Shop is TikTok's e commerce solution fully integrated into the app.

This role sits within our Global Communications team and will work closely with the local TikTok Shop Operations Business and Product teams in Japan as well as cross functional teams such as legal GR and policy teams. This role will be critical in supporting TikTok Shop's expansion into Japan with core responsibilities including building local narratives devising communications strategies and advising business and product teams on a range of topics including product positioning market trends and external issues. This role will also support communications efforts related to TikTok Shop's presence in Japan.

Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in Japan and English （spoken and written）
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
Proven understanding of the Japanese media landscape
Minimum 5 years PR/Communications experience gained working in consumer facing brands
An excellent communicator who can successfully build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Understanding of the Japanese e commerce/retail industry and deep understanding of public opinions and media sentiment about commerce
Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and ambiguity with self starting and motivated attitudes in a cross cultural and fast paced environment.
