アイ・エル・ジャパン株式会社での募集です。Build the product marketing strategy tailored to the Japan market needs and realize the key sales/ profit target for one or several of the Transfusion + Transplant product portfolio.
プロダクトマネージャー・ブランドマネージャーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
Role will consist of upstream marketing and downstream marketing in alignment with the Strategic Business Unit （US）’s strategy as well as tayloring towards the Japan intrinsic market environment. Upstream marketing to build the launch strategy including but not limited to regulatory pricing targeting product positioning and educational/training programs.
Downstream marketing to build a strategy to drive the sales team which includes but not limited to identify target segments build key
messages and promotion material identify KPIs to drive the sales performance.
The role will require close engagement with KOLs and customer to understand the market needs global stakeholders to prioritize Japan

Minimum Knowledge Experience required for the position:
・ Education: University Degree （preferably in science）. MBA preferable.
・ Expertise Experience: Strong Marketing background including product launch planning and execution. （preferably in IVD or Medical Device Pharmaceutical or Life Science but not mandatory）
・ Language: Japanese （fluent） English （Business Level）
