国内大手証券会社投資銀行部門向けシステムの提案・開発・運用を担うチームに開発者として参画していただきます。
ビジネスユーザーと直接会話をしながら、現場のニーズを直に反映した本当に価値のあるシステムの構築に取り組んでいただきます。
開発手法は、スピードを重視したアジャイル開発を採用しています。
マイクロマネジメントではなく、各チームメンバーが自らタスクを決定し、自律性と責任をもって開発を行っています。
また、ChatGPTなどのAIを使ったアプリケーションの開発等、新しい技術への挑戦も積極的に行っています。
コミュニケーションは主に日本語を利用しますが、海外チームとの協業する際に英語を使う場面もあります。
本職種では、日本語・英語共に利用できる方を募集しております。
■Expected responsibilities
You will join as a developer in a team responsible for proposing, developing, and supporting systems for Investment Banking department in Japanese.
You will work directly with business users to build truly valuable systems that directly reflect the needs of the field.
Our project management is agile for quick implementation.
Rather than micromanagement, every team member decides their own tasks and develops with autonomy and responsibility.
We are also actively taking on the challenge of new technologies, such as developing applications using AI such as ChatGPT.

■必須要件
・証券関連のシステム開発経験（3年以上）
・高いコミュニケーション能力
・チームリードの経験
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・英語ビジネスレベル
■Required
・Securities systems development (Over 3 years)
・Strong communication skills
・Team leadership
・Japanese communication skill (Native-level)
・English communication skill (Business-level)
■歓迎要件
・モダンフロントエンドフレームワークを用いた開発経験（React, Angular, Vue 等）
・Spring bootを用いた開発経験
・アジャイル開発の経験
