Responsibilities:
Controllership
- Lead financial reporting and forecasting aligned with global/local standards.
- Oversee accounting operations to ensure accurate, compliant results.
- Manage monthly close and balance sheet reviews.
- Handle tax planning, reporting, and compliance.
- Maintain statutory records, risk controls, and governance practices.
- Coordinate audits and transfer pricing documentation.
- Supervise AP/AR functions to support operations.
- Provide cost analysis and financial insights.
- Manage funding, FX, and interest rate risks.
- Oversee product costing and fixed asset accounting.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and controls.
Business Partnership
- Deliver financial insights to support strategy and performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders on pricing, costing, and margin plans.
- Support compliance and legal coordination with partners.
- Advise on sales targets, cost structure, and business feasibility.
- Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles with stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze variances between actuals and plans.
People Management
- Enhance team performance through feedback and goal setting.
- Develop talent via coaching, training, and career planning.
Business Strategy
- Contribute financial input to strategic planning and goal setting.
- Support decisions aligned with business objectives.
Financial & Business Analysis
- Provide financial data and analysis to guide performance and planning.
- Ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Recommend process and control enhancements.
- Improve reporting efficiency and business operations.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
- Business English skill in both written and spoken.
- Professional and degree qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant business experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Broad appreciation and understanding of local and US accounting theory, practices and procedures.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- High level of knowledge of computer systems, capital investment analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Knowledge of statutory reporting and taxation requirements and related legislation
- Knowledge and ability to develop and implement internal control policies, procedures, and controls.
- Broad understanding and understanding of economics, finance and business management.
- Management of business analysis and forecasting.
- Microsoft Excel to a high level
