【業務内容詳細】
This role leads the full HR function in Japan, driving people strategy, organizational development, and a high-performance culture. You will partner closely with local leadership to strengthen talent, optimize HR operations, and enable sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall HR strategy and operations to support business expansion in Japan.
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure full labor-law compliance.
- Strengthen performance evaluation, career development, and succession planning.
- Design and run training programs to build skills and leadership capabilities.
- Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Partner with management as a strategic HRBP to align people strategy with business needs.
- Oversee labor-cost budgeting and forecasting, and lead HR system implementation and digitalization efforts.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Broad experience in HR across wide areas (10+ years preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and improvement mindset with the ability to drive change.
- Effective communicator who can influence leaders and work cross-functionally.
- Experience with HR systems or digital HR tools; comfortable using data for decision-making.
- Fluent Japanese and English, with a proactive, resilient, and collaborative working style.
