本ポジションでは、経験豊富な少数精鋭チームをまとめていただきます（10年以上のベテランメンバーもいるので安心して働ける環境です！）。今後チーム拡大の予定もあるため、自分のチームを作っていくやりがいもあります。
業務ではグローバルERPシステムを使用。
■レポートラインについて
レポート先はAPAC財務ディレクターおよび国内のマネージングディレクターになります。
財務のシニアメンバーとも頻繁にやり取りがあるので、直属の上司との関係を築く機会もたくさんあります！

【業務内容詳細】
Financial Leadership
- Manage all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, tax, treasury, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial statements in line with regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Operational Excellence
- Work closely with the operations team to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support operational strategies that align with financial goals and reduce costs.
- Monitor and manage financial impacts across supply chain, production, and inventory.
Business Strategy
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Assess and manage risks—financial, operational, and market-related—to protect company assets.
Executive Leadership
- Advise the VP Finance APAC & Japan and Japan executive team on financial, business, and operational matters.
- Lead and mentor the Japan finance team, promoting high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Represent finance in executive meetings and contribute to overall company leadership and direction.

- 必須
-
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the medical device, capital equipment, or healthcare industry (especially Aesthetic or Vision fields).
- Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting; solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience managing operations and improving efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels.
- Able to think strategically and turn financial data into practical business actions.
- Demonstrates high integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
