【業務内容詳細】
-Execute logistics strategies that meet current and future business needs
-Optimize inbound, storage, and outbound operations while supporting key investment decisions
-Drive logistics improvements, including evaluating and integrating 3PL partners
-Oversee warehouse, inventory, and shipping activities to ensure smooth, reliable operations
-Maintain and elevate service levels across all logistics functions
-Ensure a safe, globally aligned logistics environment with minimized operational risks
-Identify process gaps and lead impactful improvement initiatives
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Background handling warehouse operations, inventory optimization, and transportation management
-Experience with budgeting, investment proposals, and cost-effective decision-making
-Strong team leadership and talent development capabilities is a plus!
-Experience working with external logistics partners (3PLs or outsourced warehouses) is a plus!
