With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki."
仕事内容
We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for planning and managing industry–academia collaboration and university relations, while expanding networks with students and faculty members. Through collaboration with universities, this role will design and implement internship programs, creating opportunities for learning and development for students who show interest in our company. By deepening partnerships with educational institutions, we aim to provide new growth opportunities for students, connect students, academia, and industry, and establish a foundation for sustainable learning and development.

<Industry–Academia Collaboration & University Relations Officer>
・Planning and management of industry–academia collaboration initiatives
・Building and maintaining relationships with universities
・Designing and operating internship programs
・Other related tasks as assigned
※Consideration will be given based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and preferences
応募資格
必須
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment (including coordination, collaboration, and active listening with stakeholders)
・At least 5 years of practical experience in a relevant field (recruitment operations)
歓迎
・Experience in the logistics or maritime industry
・Experience in launching new business initiatives
・Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
※Full-flex system available.
年収・給与
・Annual income: ¥4 million to ¥8 million
・Bonus:Twice a year
・Salary Increase:Available
