募集背景: With plans for further expansion, we are now looking for team members who will help us "Enpowering global business from Nagasaki."

仕事内容: oversee all aspects of tender operations across the Asia region as a central coordinator
As a Global Tender Operations Specialist in the international container shipping industry, you will be responsible for part of the head office functions. Your primary focus will be on Japanese customers (with a future expansion to all customers across Asia), contributing to the optimization of global pricing strategies and the improvement of offer quality. Your main responsibilities will include:

・Developing pricing tools and improving the quality and turnaround time of pricing offers
・Identifying and coordinating issues and concerns related to tender projects
・Gaining a thorough understanding of overall tender process and the tools (including logic) used in each phase
・Closely coordinating with related departments (such as Trade Marketing, Sales, and Offshore teams) to manage tender timelines
・Collaborating with relevant departments at ONE headquarters, RHQs, and sales offices
・Utilizing data collected through tender operations to create and share reports with related departments

応募資格

必須: ・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment (including coordination and active listening skills necessary for aligning with stakeholders)

歓迎: ・Experience in the logistics or shipping industry
・Practical experience in related fields (e.g., pricing or tender operations)
・Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
・Proficiency in one or more of the following: Google Apps Script, Python, or VBA
・Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality in your work

勤務時間: Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
※Full-flex system available.

年収・給与: ・Annual income: ¥4 million to ¥8 million
・Bonus：Twice a year

The company currently recruiting was established in Nagasaki, considered the birthplace of Japanese shipping, to undertake part of the parent company's management operations.
The scope of work includes agency system accounting, agency management accounting, global human resources, market analysis, and more.
Further business expansion is planned, and we are recruiting members across various departments.
