【業務内容詳細】
Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
- Act as the designated logistics and distribution contact
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing and shipment activities with global teams, freight partners, and third-party logistics providers, maintaining detailed records of each transaction.
- Monitor and evaluate third-party logistics performance, verifying billing accuracy and ensuring alignment with internal ERP systems for transparent reporting.
- Prepare and submit all required shipping documents,
- Continuously assess and refine regional logistics workflows to meet customer expectations while maintaining traceable and compliant operations.

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in operational logistics, import/export, and customs expertise, forecasting,
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally within global teams, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- More than 3 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, and business reporting.
- Demonstrated success in project management, influencing internal teams, clients, and external partners to achieve results.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese, with strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Solid understanding of administrative procedures and business operations principles.
- Highly adaptable and dependable, with a track record of performing effectively under pressure.
