【業務内容詳細】
- Oversee import clearance processes in collaboration with customs brokers
- Manage inbound and outbound operations at 3PL warehouses, including transportation from warehouse facilities to customer sites
- Ensure overall logistics costs remain within the approved budget
- Analyze and report logistics expenditures, and develop and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement in operations and processes
- Issue purchase orders and verify monthly invoices from logistics vendors such as 3PL providers and freight forwarders
- Review IWD and TPW performance gaps against monthly and quarterly forecasts or targets
- Conduct monthly logistics cost reviews together with the global SCM performance team

- 必須
-
- 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (team leadership and 3PL/vendor management preferred)
- Strong background in warehousing operations, domestic and international transportation, 3PL management, and logistics cost control
- Bachelor’s degree with solid understanding of import/export procedures, warehousing and transportation management, and relevant laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and possesses strong communication skills
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
