Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee regular financial operations throughout the year
- Manage tax-related tasks and ensure compliance
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Communicate with external partners such as banks, auditors, and investors
- Apply knowledge of financial standards to ensure compliance and consistency in financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and long-term financial planning
- Improve systems and processes for better efficiency
- Supervise both legal and internal financial reporting
- Conduct cost analysis and propose initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Manage cash flow and financing needs
- Support business decisions with financial insights
- Build a positive and collaborative team culture
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance at operating companies
- Fluent in Japanese; strong English skills for business use
- Monthly, semiannual and annual closing operations
- Tax return operations
- Preparation of the consolidated financial statements
- Response to Financial Institutions, Auditing Firms, Investors, etc.
- Strong understanding of Japanese and international accounting standards
- Capable of leading budgeting and long-term planning
- Improvement of operations
- Statutory and Management accounting
- Cost Analysis and Proposals for Cost Reduction
- Cash management and loan management
