【業務内容詳細】
- Collect and consolidate monthly sales forecasts from sales teams and DTC, and upload accurate data into IBP.
- Develop supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and SPI sheets to ensure optimal stock control.
- Identify and address demand-supply gaps by creating contingency plans to minimize business risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align demand and supply strategies.
- Prepare performance, KPI, and E&O reports with analysis and improvement recommendations.
- Manage timely purchase order releases and support business growth through continuous demand planning improvement.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 3–4 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management.
- Background in a multinational or global business environment is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of demand forecasting and strategic sourcing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent command of English for business communication (meetings, negotiations, and correspondence).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP (ECC) or other ERP systems is preferred.
