Main Responsibilities:
・Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Japan employees and client accounts
・Ensure compliance with Japanese labor, tax, and social insurance regulations
・Handle payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance reviews
・Support onboarding and payroll implementation for new clients
・Act as the subject matter expert for Japanese payroll, advising clients on best practices
・Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Implementation teams to improve processes
・Identify automation opportunities and maintain payroll SOPs and documentation
・Liaise with external vendors and relevant government agencies
Expectations After Joining:
・Independently handle full payroll cycles for assigned clients
・Improve payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance standards
・Support system integration and workflow improvement projects

- 必須
-
・3–5 years of hands-on Japanese payroll experience (either in-house or through outsourcing)
・Deep knowledge of statutory deductions, taxation, and social insurance in Japan
・Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
・High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work
・Culturally adaptable, collaborative, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment
・Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and teamwork spirit
・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or a related field
・ENG and JPN: Business English and Native-level Japanese required
※Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
