HR and Payroll Specialist (80% HR / 20% Payroll)Main Responsibilities:
・HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and VISA support
・Manage HR operations (attendance, probation, contract, offboarding)
・Support payroll processing, ensure compliance with Japanese regulations
・Prepare HR documents (agreements, addendums, letters)
・Handle office administration, social insurance, and local vendor coordination
・Support work visa processes and participate in ad hoc HR projects
Expectations After Joining:
・Take full ownership of local HR operations and payroll accuracy
・Support global HR initiatives and ensure smooth employee experiences
・Build compliance strength and trust with both clients and employees

Must-Have Skills / Experience:
・Diploma or higher in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
・Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR & payroll experience
・Knowledge of Japanese statutory benefits, tax, and employment compliance
・ENG: Business English required (reading, writing, speaking)
※Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
