■レポートラインとチーム構成について
本ポジションでは、APACファイナンス部門リーダーにレポートしつつ、同時に日本拠点のシニアマネジメントをサポートします。約5名のチームを管理。また、SAPシステムを活用して業務を進めます。
■ハイブリッド勤務可能
在宅勤務の日程を自由に調整可能です！ファイナンスチームも週1～2日の在宅勤務を活用しているとのことで、繁忙期でも無理なく仕事と生活の両立ができます♪
【業務内容詳細】
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all finance, accounting, tax, audit, and compliance matters for the Japan entities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP
- Serve as a business partner to local management, providing financial insight and guidance
- Maintain strong internal controls and drive continuous process improvements
- Manage relationships with external and internal auditors to ensure full compliance
- Ensure compliance with Japanese laws and regulations related to finance
- Lead, develop, and motivate the local finance team
- Support cross-functional and finance transformation initiatives
- Perform other related duties as required

- 必須

- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Japanese GAAP (J-GAAP)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion)
- Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of Japanese tax regulations and local accounting practices
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results in a matrix organization
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Experience preparing and presenting financial results to management
