募集背景: We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner Professional with expertise in FP&A in Japan's retail or manufacturing business to join our team in Tokyo office!
This role shall contribute to the Business Unit's profitability and productivity improvement by supporting the decision-making of the leaders and the teams through providing analytical and fact-based information and recommendations.

仕事内容: - Develop and improve commercial finance planning and analytical support, delivering key insights on trends and data relationships to assist business planning and decision-making.

- Collaborate with Commercial and related functions to:
• Set financial targets and forecasts
• Identify risks and opportunities across channels
• Provide timely call-to-action reports to sales leaders

- Manage data with IT to enhance availability and accuracy, oversee SAP SD and master data maintenance processes.

- Gather, structure, and maintain business data across departments to ensure consistency, security, and accessibility.

- Analyze and deliver standardized reporting aligned with corporate strategy.

- Partner with sales, merchandising, and GM to support strategies, identify challenges, and propose actions.

- Apply statistical methodologies to draw insights and provide recommendations.

- Build and develop the team to achieve company objectives.

応募資格

必須: - More than 3 - 5 years of solid experience related to Finance Business Partnering and Financial Planning & Analysis in a large corporation within B2B FMCG or Apparel Retail industry in Japan.
- Knowledge of Tax & internal control
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and strong stakeholder management
- Fluent Japanese and operational level of business English, spoken and written
