同社では最近、財務システムをSAPにアップグレードしました。そのため、システムの安定運用や業務プロセス改善を一緒に推進してくださる方を歓迎します。SAPの経験を活かして、より効率的でスマートな財務体制づくりに挑戦できるチャンスです！
■報告先とチーム構成
本ポジションは日本の財務責任者（またはファイナンスマネージャー）にレポートし、契約社員を含め3～5名ほどの財務チームとともにSAPを活用しながら業務を進めていただきます。

フレキシブルな勤務体制が整っており、ライフスタイルに合わせて勤務時間を調整できます。オフィス勤務が基本ですが、状況に応じて在宅勤務も可能です。
【業務内容詳細】
General Ledger Maintenance
- Maintain and manage general ledger to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations and verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Fixed asset management
Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Provide analytical support for management reporting and decision-making.
Audit and Tax Support
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations.
Process Improvement
- Identify, develop, and implement enhancements to accounting processes and systems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control.
Treasury Operations
- Support daily payment processing and cash management activities through online banking systems.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and control.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support financial presentations and related management reports.
Finance Projects and Ad Hoc Support
- Participate in ERP system upgrades, integration projects, and process automation initiatives.
- Provide financial support for ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions and external partners such as auditors and tax advisors.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
- Nissho Boki 2nd grade certification or equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Relevant experience in corporate finance, accounting, or within a banking institution.
- Hands-on experience with JGAAP.
- Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) or US GAAP is a plus.
- Experience with SAP (ERP 6.0 / FI / AA / CO).
- US CPA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
- Understanding of accounting practices related to retail business, including fixed asset management, regardless of industry.
- Experience with foreign or imported retail brands is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese.
- Business-level proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
