【業務内容詳細】
- Lead the planning and forecasting process across all categories, ensuring alignment with sales, inventory, receipt, and margin targets.
- Continuously analyze performance trends, reforecast as needed, and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
- Partner with the buying team to create monthly buy plans and collaborate with the US Planning & Buying teams on quarterly assortments and product flow that align with merchandise financial plans.
- Work closely with the Allocation Department to ensure product distributions support sell-through goals, marketing initiatives, and profitability targets.
- Manage assortment plans by door profile and conduct regular sales and inventory performance analyses.
- Maintain close communication with Merchandising, Planning, and Logistics to secure appropriate inventory levels.
- Drive financial performance to maximize sales, inventory productivity, and overall profitability.
- Analyze historical data and current trends to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Own and manage open-to-buy forecasts; present financial updates and action plans to senior management and headquarters in monthly review meetings.
- Report financial results, forecasts, and key actions to management and cross-functional partners on a weekly basis.
- Supervise and develop team members, providing guidance to help Planners and Associate Planners achieve goals.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of key financial metrics, including sales margin, gross margin, receipts, and return on investment.

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of experience in merchandise planning and analysis; allocation or distribution experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with merchandise planning systems (JDA experience preferred).
- Financial or accounting knowledge is beneficial, along with strong product awareness.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across teams and functions.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
